- Biometric data: If you apply for the Selfluencer Visa Debit Card, biometric verification (fingerprint or Face ID) is processed locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate and improve the Selfluencer platform and services.
- Verify your identity and eligibility (minimum 1,000 followers requirement).
- Match your content with brand campaigns and distribute approved UGC to corporate clients.
- Calculate and award points based on content quality scoring criteria.
- Process payouts via ACH, PayPal, Zelle, or the Selfluencer Visa Debit Card.
- Send notifications about content approval, point credits, and platform updates.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.

3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Corporate clients (brands): When your content is approved and purchased by a brand, they receive the content and your Instagram handle. They do not receive your personal contact information.
- Service providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate the platform (cloud storage, payment processors, SMS verification providers). These parties are contractually bound to protect your data.
- Meta Platforms: Data shared via Instagram and Facebook APIs is governed by Meta's own Privacy Policy in addition to ours.
